AAfter installation when the File Manager program is accessed the following message may appear:

To resolve this the user must find out which port the cable is attached to by opening control panel/system/hardware/device manager

properties page. Select modem and the port this device is connected to can be read. In the PIM and file manager program select file/set up (see below)

Change to the same port from device manager (see above)
Click OK . If still not being recognised, please check that you have the compatible cable for the phone.
